Nacho Casinacho
Nacho Casinacho surprised us. From the name we expected something loud and gimmicky, but it's a tidy little arcade game built around timing and quick reactions. You tap and swipe to line up matching tiles, and the fun comes from keeping a combo alive across the whole board. The art is bright and friendly, with chunky animations that make every clear feel satisfying.
Controls are the strong point. Everything is one thumb: a tap to select, a swipe to shift a row, a long press to hold a piece for later. There's a rhythm to it, and once you find the flow you can play whole levels without looking away. Levels are short, which makes it a good pick for a bus ride or a queue.
It isn't perfect. The middle stretch of the campaign reuses a few layouts, and the pace dips before the harder levels open up. But the core loop is genuinely good, and the game never nags you or interrupts a run. We came back to it more than we expected.
What we liked
- Clean one-thumb controls that feel great
- Short levels ideal for quick sessions
- Cheerful art with punchy feedback
